You must score at least Satisfactory in every event to pass. An Outstanding overall score qualifies you for the Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) Excellence Award.
Male 25–29: push-ups ≥ 51 (Outstanding), plank ≥ 3:25, 1.5-mile run ≤ 10:30. Female 25–29: push-ups ≥ 30 (Outstanding), plank ≥ 2:45, 1.5-mile run ≤ 13:15.
